BAAMS GRAND OPENING Concert Fundraiser

Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime Live Music GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION for BAAMS — the Berkshires’ Academy for Advanced Musical Studies — now headquartered at Building 6 North Adams Heritage State Park. July 17, 2022, 1-5pm. Tickets at Eventbrite.com. Music featuring JAIMOE, legendary original drummer with the Allman Brothers’ Band, David Gilmore on guitar, Alex Blake on upright and electric bass, also Victor Jones on drums, Dario Boente, piano/keyboards, Kris Jensen, saxophones, Richard Boulger, trumpet/flugelhorn, and special guests Gina Coleman, vocals, and Jim Taft, vocals and drums. BAAMS students will be joining in the fun, sitting in with their faculty members and guest performers.

Outdoor concert, dress appropriately for the weather. Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. Rain or shine event. Tickets are non refundable. Children ages 5 and under are free but must get their free ticket at Eventbrite. Plenty of free parking around the downtown North Adams area. The concert location is handicap-accessible.

BAAMS is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing top-tier after-school music education to students ages 12 to 18, as well as the Berkshires’ Summer Jazz Band Day Camp. All proceeds of this event on July 17 go to support the mission of BAAMS.
