Miles Davis album Kind of Blue fete in Lenox
The Lenox Library will host a 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Miles Davis album, “Kind of Blue”, on August 17, 2009 at 7:30 pm, with music, presentations, panel discussions, and reminiscences.
Williamstown Jazz Festival 2009
The 2009 Williamstown Jazz Festival will run April 29 - May 6 at several venues in Williamstown and North Adams, MA, headlined by the Miguel Zenon Quartet performance May 2 at the '62 Center on the Williams College campus.

The American Jazz Repertory Orchestra and the Berkshires Jazz All-Stars will give a concert on July 2, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church in Pittsfield, Ma; the concert is a fundraiser for BerkshiresJazz.org.
